PROPOSAL OF THE PRESIDENT

Kobayashi Bag Mfg.Co.,Ltd. is founded in 1947 by Jiro Kobayashi,and there is the history of the continuation more than 60 years.We inherit an idea of the management of founder Jiro Kobayashi and promise more and more development.
The true purpose of the company is to contribute to the society in various fields and to realize the happy life of people constituting a company,and it is ways of that purpose a company lasts long,to grow up and to accumulate profit again.
I think that we do not have to consider not enough for environment,only for present profit and efficiency,and force people constituting a company to sacrifice.
We plans permanent growth and accumulation,in hope of the life that an employee is happy and full of hearts,I want to aim at the management that got harmony.
Our products are used in many countries as well as in domestic,the customer expects it to our product and has win relief.
I think that we must polish a technique to offer a good product,and make an effort with study more and yet more for the development of a further good product.
